Facade slides are the elements for fixing the cladding facade panels on the bearing racks. There are different types of facade clamps: 1) for fixing on racks, 2) for fixing through interstitial sliding elements
1) Facade clamp on racks is fixing directly to the rack slots and secured by rivets, for facade facing: with ceramic slabs and flat facade HPL panels.
2) Facade clamp is for fixing facade panels, sliding through the interstitial elements for facade: with large size ceramic granite plates of, HPL panels and natural stone.
Advantages of AMTT facade clamps:
Limiter ensures the distance accuracy between the facade panels horizontally, easy fixing
Rubber compressor ensures constant slab position and amortization of connection
Starting and main facade clamps securely fastened on the rack with the implementation of ø5 holes for M6 screws
Finishing clamps are fixing on the rack by screwing of M6 screws into the body of the rack (by indentation)
To fixing the bearing clamp stainless steel exhaust rivets are used
Thermorupture connection of clamps with the facade slab is provided by supporting vertical slots for rivets in supporting clamps
Facade clamps are made of sheet stainless steel of brands X18H10T and 08H18N10
The thickness of the cladding klyaymera – 1.5mm – max strength and rigidity of the front fixing slab on the high-rise buildings.
